Notes I left on my co-worker's desk

In remembrance of my co-worker leaving my work place for greener pastures, I'm going to post a collection of notes that I've left on his desk over the course of the year. It worries me a little that he saved them.... See if you can figure out either what I do, or what I'm asking for.
